Avantages

None any longer. Truly - there are none.

Inconvénients

Benefits are worst in class, horrible health insurance. Lowest pay in the business segment, no car allowance, no communication from mgmt, culture is diseased, no transparency and worst of all - the product/service itself is a giant waste of money for patients and a lite potential career stall and practice destroyer for physicians. They offer a bare bones, wellness program that isn’t covered by Medicare or private insurance and this skirts the federal law preventing us from being shut down. It’s a very sad situation. If you’re here or thinking of joining, RUN, do not walk away from our company. I wish I hadn’t ingested the kool aid for so long. It’s been the worst time of my sales career and I have a lot of time ahead of me - it’s too bad this place stalled my burgeoning career for so long.

Avantages

There’s a strong sense of purpose because the company is focused on patient‑centered care, and that mission gives the work real meaning.

Inconvénients

I’ve seen some reviews online that didn’t match my experience. I can only speak for myself, but I’ve had a positive and supportive environment here. If you value a mission‑driven culture, strong teamwork, and meaningful work, MDVIP can be a good fit.

Avantages

Usually when leadership is too busy to micromanage.

Inconvénients

MDVIP looks polished from the outside, but working here tells a very different story. The workload is relentless, priorities shift constantly, and communication feels like a moving target. Employees are stretched thin, support is minimal, and burnout becomes part of the daily routine. It’s a place where you’re expected to deliver perfection without being given the tools, time, or clarity to do it.
