      Avantages

      I actually enjoy coming to work every day. The environment is extremely team-oriented and collaborative, the people are great, and we are selling a product that I am excited about and believe in. The potential for growth is unlimited, both for the company as a whole and employees individually.

      Inconvénients

      There's always a lot going on and it can be difficult to balance and prioritize everything that needs to happen.

      Avantages

      I've met some of the brightest and nicest people here. Coworkers are fun to be around with and we all bring something different to the table both personally and professionally. This is a flatter organization so you will get to meet and work around people with diverse experiences. You'll also get a full perspective on the operations and relationship between the different parts of a business. It's been very much a learning experience and you definitely get what you give.

      Inconvénients

      This is a very fast paced company so it can be stressful at times, but if you keep your head straight, work hard and smart, then you will come out of the other side with a great deal more experience than you would with any other company.
