      The coworkers! Company provided lunch and WFH opportunities (for some employees)

      Inconvénients

      Senior Leadership is the worst. They are very much wolves in sheep’s clothing. If your thoughts aren’t aligned with theirs, they are quick to let you go. Don’t ask them questions otherwise you will be perceived as a non team player. Senior Leadership will talk behind your back and treat employees unprofessionally. Some of them believe in leading by fear/intimidation. Some of the departments are a revolving door.

      Avantages

      Cutting edge products. Constantly improving technology. The sky is the limit on where you can go with this company if you are willing to put the effort in. Executive Team, Laurie, Danielle and Dan are brilliant minded people and are constantly looking at ways to improve the company. They are very open to ideas. I really enjoyed working here; I only wish I had found Liquid Instruments earlier in my career. If you get an offer to work there, take it. You will learn a lot and you will get to work with an amazing team!

      Too many online meetings…..that’s all.

      Avantages

      LI is on the forefront of innovation in the Test & Measurement industry. The core product technology concept has tons of potential for continued growth in the market, and the company culture is very inclusive of people from diverse backgrounds which promotes an excellent company culture.

      Inconvénients

      Taking a long time to get past the "start-up" stage.
