      Inconvénients

      Not enough hours to staff for business, lots of dependency on licenses of store is not trained or ambitious , commission structure changed for the worse, late nights

      Inconvénients

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
