Avantages
Loved helping all the patients, specially from third world countries.
Inconvénients
Coworkers treated people from third world countries with much less care, and they would help them the least; would make them wait much longer, skip them, and gossip about the patients from cultures that covered their heads and would say that they had lies and and gossip about them all they long. My former coworkers kissed up A LOT to the supervisors, which supervisors loved; but as soon as they were gone, they would back stab them, and say that they couldn't wait to get the union in, "tu put them (supervisors) in their place" Coworkers would be all day long on the phone, texting with their boyfriend, and hidding in the back doing nothing, and taking long brakes all day long; but when reviews were done they would say that they did all the work, and those of us who worked the most did nothing and needed to improve, and the supervisor would believe all their lies even denying us raises. My coworkers would come to work and have a very long breakfast time in the break room, while all the patients needed to be helped, they would make them wait forever, and then blame those of us who started working right away, because of the long times and delays.
