Churn is high, I find myself having to ask if someone is here anymore alot. I last counted 22 people were fired/ quit in one month
The big cons are pay, Customer service and Underwriting support were paid the same.
Not sure how that works when one is answering the phone and ticketing and the other involves complexity of making changes, compliance, claims, discounts.
Sales gets so much love, they get incentives and expensive/discounted items/gifts.
We get a mug or occasional gift card or outing. Please show other departments some love and appreciation.
