      Avantages

      Great internal culture. The people are very down to earth and family oriented. The opportunities for automation are everywhere.

      Inconvénients

      The company's pay scale for technical skills is decades out of date (literally about 30% below par). They're not able to attract any good talent, resulting in the excessive exploitation of those with talent. Too many friends of friends. Not enough focus on the business.

      Avantages

      If you’re in the Seattle area or other markets with concentrated branches there is a lot of opportunity for development. There are some very good employees that work for key.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is unpredictable and expectations are constantly changing making it hard to effectively manage a team and commit to all individual sales responsibilities. They removed them but reinstated them in a different way mid year with no notice.
