Very slow process at anything. As a manager you have zero control and must get everything approved by 10 different people. Their HR team takes 4 weeks to hire someone then everything is a nightmare on day one like no one expected you to be there. They have this investigative unit that monitors your person accounts and then terminated people based on certain transactions. They make you download an app so they can see your texts and everything if you use your phone for work. Compliance is way too strict to the point it makes the client irritated as well as the employee.
