      Avantages

      Flexible schedule, vacation time, 401K, bonus plan. This is a good place to start, but you probably won't make a career of it.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, lack of communication, micro management, lack of opportunities to grow and advance. Bonus program was less and less every year with little explanation.

      Avantages

      Schedule is kind of flexible but still doesn't fit mom's who have kids in school.

      Inconvénients

      Poor pay for what they expect done. Barely any training, annoyed coworkers when you ask questions. The office is full of backbiting people. The whole place needs restructured.
