      Good corporate environment and benefits.

      Inconvénients

      - Encourage to take certifications but do not get compensation reflected after accomplishment you get stuck with normal average raise that's it. they need do not check how much value new knowledge hold. - Very reluctant to remote working. - Growth is very limited and takes long to get position updates
