There seems to be a lack of camaraderie in some teams, with competition overshadowing team spirit. Some managers appear to prioritize their own career advancement over the well-being of their employees. There are some perceptions that the site might not be managed by the formal site leader but rather by someone else… allegedly. Observers might say that the official site leader might be seen as too lenient, allowing others to take control of certain aspects. Global management may be unaware of the issues at this site, as some Israeli managers might embellish the situation. Despite efforts to present a positive image, the work environment can be unpleasant. Onboarding for newcomers is reportedly difficult, with minimal support or guidance from managers or corporate. Some employees have experienced poor management, including inappropriate comments, micromanagement, and lack of support. Managers may be more concerned with their image than the well-being of their team, leading to a toxic environment where some employees might feel undervalued and over-criticized. Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

Inconvénients

Every tax season leadership move the goal posts to make it more difficult (work more weekend hours, for example) to obtain the bonus. Didn't get paid to be a full service tax expert despite being forced to serve in function. Line managers drink too much koolaid
