Avantages
Everyone knows Intuit wins lots of 'best place to work for' awards on various platforms worldwide. And rightly so. I love working here, sets the perfect note on work life balance, while keeping the work challenging. Few of the major takeaways for anyone planning for a career switch, and I will be completely honest 1. Work life balance. 2. Realistic goals and expectations from leadership on work front. 3. Friendly and approachable leadership 4. Challenging work and lots of learning. 5. Company migrating aggressively to modern tech stacks. We use AWS extensively these days. 6. Lots of goodies and gifts almost every month, ranging from t-shirts, hoodies, to electronic items like Kindle, home theatres, etc 7. Major covid support, reimbursement for office desk, chairs, monitors, etc. 8. Two full week off, one in July, other in Dec as recharge days in this pandemic time. 9. Multiple benefits and rewards program. Without even second thought I can say its the best place I have worked for. Much better than Amazon, my previous employer.
Inconvénients
International relocation even though promoted by leaders is generally not followed that much. It's difficult to move to US from India, as the recruiters and hiring managers are not keen on going through the international relocation process. It's not impossible but very difficult. Also would like to see more technical presence in Europe.
