Avantages

Intuit is breaking out of its own mold to provide financial software and is going after new ways to solve customers' problems worldwide. So there is a lot of creative opportunity here and role opportunity now and on the horizon. The company uses its employees as a rich source of ideas and information - hosting idea jams, innovation prizes and embracing a 'fail fast to succeed big approach'. They have all the goodies too - my favorite benefits are 3 paid days per year to volunteer and support (from my manager and with technology resources) to work part time from home. Our CEO is relatively new (about a year) and is doing really excellent work. He's a great role model in that he openly talks about his successes and failures, he's got great business acumen and I believe he's authentic. And I like who he hires on his exec staff. Overall, super good experience here.

Inconvénients

Corporate in general feels like running a sprint with no finish line.

Avantages

Remote work, flexible hours, gift cards as rewards

Inconvénients

Every tax season leadership move the goal posts to make it more difficult (work more weekend hours, for example) to obtain the bonus. Didn't get paid to be a full service tax expert despite being forced to serve in function. Line managers drink too much koolaid
