      Avantages

      Intuit is a mission driven organisation with strong values. This is one of very few organisations who truly live and breath their values. Amazing leadership team, working here you will experience what a true leadership really means. They are passionate about serving others. The key to Intuit success is their learning culture. Everything you do is an experiment, you will either prove or disprove. There are only two options, either you learn or you learn :)

      Inconvénients

      Biggest challenge Intuit face is its size, which slows decision making. However, Intuit is working hard to overcome thing. It's just matter of time.

      Avantages

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Inconvénients

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
