      Avantages

      Just people working in the lab are nice

      Inconvénients

      Terrible coordinators, equipments are all rundown had to call engineers alot of times till lab techs had to learn from the engineers to maintain the equipments on their own. Also ZERO safety. Gotten sick for 6 months for non stop coughing all while working there

      Avantages

      Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
