      Avantages

      No pros, everything seems slightly distorted, and the rules of logic take a vacation.

      Inconvénients

      Management acts like puppets in the hands of HR and an employee never gets to pay their CTC /appraisals timely, unless management is bound to do so. Unreasonable deductions are made illogically from your FnF even after you leave the company. Nut shell, it's gonna be the worst nightmare of your career.

      Avantages

      Part of INOAC and Johnson Controls. A growing company at this time. Expanding into the Southern United States.

      Inconvénients

      Being automotive manufacturing there are swings in this industry that cause layoffs and overloads of work as the pendulum swings each way. Intertec is part of this system.

      Avantages

      While it is steadily slipping away, it still features small company charm and agility with support from JCI's manufacturing base and Inoac's foreign relationships.

      Inconvénients

      It has basically become a division within JCI without full financial support and layers of inefficiency that wouldn't exist if it were actually a divison.
