      Avantages

      The general staff is friendly and nice. A great group to work with (if they stay ...).

      Inconvénients

      (For the Pasadena branch only - can't speak for the rest) - High turnover due to a rather unhappy work environment. Very disorganized and always looking to pass problems off to someone else. Run in a very militaristic fashion. No music allowed. Hard to socialize and get to know people/co-workers. No real room for growth.

      Avantages

      Only pro is being salaried

      Inconvénients

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
