      Great workplace The HR are fast and nice Wfh once a week RTO Some managers are good

      Inconvénients

      Low salary Some US managers acts like agents are robots Multiple accounts but low basic salary Queuing on accounts

      We appreciate the honest feedback and for sharing that you had a positive experience with Insight's supportive HR team and having the ability to work remote periodically as well.       Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
