      Avantages

      Teams in AZ, technicians and warehouse people are much smarter than the leadership recognizes. Business has plenty of growth potential with right technical base and strategic actions.

      Inconvénients

      Growth directions set at the corporate level do not translate to execution level with the sales and operations side of the business. That is every sales opportunity is treated as a priority and when eveything is priority the business pulls in higher risks sales and that dilutes the margins.

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
