      Avantages

      Outstanding leadership team that clearly communicates goals and has a vision for the future. Opportunity for advancement and recognition. Competitive compensation. Large company that doesn't have that "sterile, corporate" feel. Awesome teammates who make it worth it to come to work every day. Managers clearly explain expectations and work with you to advance your career.

      Inconvénients

      Although compensation is good, it could be better. Benefits are generally competitive, but the company could consider more forward-thinking incentives like paid parental time off and increase the paid time off/vacation allowances.

      Thank you for the positive feedback. Insight's leaders are extremely devoted to the business and they communicate the vision and goals for the company frequently. The pay as well as the benefit packages are competitive to what other companies in the market offer its employees.       Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
