Avantages
Ability to provide customers a wide array of offerings and services. Great internal support. Benefits are excellent.
Inconvénients
Employees have a narrow market and are unable to follow their clients employees to another company that is out of their target market or assigned geographical territory. Compensation plan changes frequently and drastically and are often confusing.

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.
Inconvénients
Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
