      Avantages

      What is left of the technical staff seems pretty competent. Maybe not the right mix for what the company is trying to become, though.

      Inconvénients

      Management chaos. Communication between middle management and executive staff almost non-existent. Company trying to make a transition from a device/commodity hardware company to a SAAS, IOT company, yet management laid off nearly the entire staff with any familiarity with enterprise development. Recent acquisitions, purchased with an eye to jump start the IOT effort have only befuddled the executive staff in their strategy.

      In Feb. 2016, we announced signing a definitive asset purchase agreement to sell our telematics hardware business to Micronet Enertec Technologies, Inc., for a total purchase price of $24 million.
