Facility needed more room for a large number of patients. At times, there was more of a focus on the quantity of patients rather than the quality of treatment to patients. Some staff felt overworked.

High school like setting when working with some co-workers; Poor pay and or salary increases; No room for growth; Bad management in certain departments; No sick time only personal time;
