      Built by a great leadership team that is heavily invested in helping employees grow. The culture is open and collaborative and employees at all levels have access to senior leadership for support and direction. The work is challenging and you have the freedom to bring your own value to the table but will never feel on an island, which creates many opportunities to grow and learn in day-to-day work. However, you are encouraged and supported in investing in your own education outside of work through online learning. Great place to work if you are seeking an opportunity to challenge yourself.

      Avantages

      - awesome company - intelligent. talented, career driven co-workers - flexible schedule - great culture - awesome projects

      Inconvénients

      They did a major budget cuts and laid off a bunch of people and with promises of career growth and saying that they're getting more projects etc etc. i know you can't predict the future but seriously come on! people who were hired within 2 months got let go and people who love their jobs and that are great at their jobs. I feel like companies really need to be more loyal to their employees. Please rethink before hiring and laying people off
