Avantages
-Good range of benefits (most recent Cinema Society and My Active Discounts) -Great workplace culture without feeling too corporate -Loads of activities where you have the chance for personal exposure, networking or just to get updates of what some divisions are currently doing. -WFH flexibility even though there's a new policy of working at least three days in the office, which it will depend more in your team, manager and division. They offer options to be fully remote or exceptions if you justify your case. -Great London office locations, especially the one at Victoria. -The office atmosphere it is pretty relaxing and you feel comfortable, dress code is also pretty flexible. - People in general are quite nice, some Teams from US are a bit too much corporate/climb the ladder attitude but that's probably just me.
Inconvénients
-It can be a bit overwhelming to work in big company and get visibility, especially coming from small companies like myself. -Working most of the time with people in the US or other timezones can be a bit difficult, since you will need to have meetings outside of your working hours. - There's like a sense of bureaucracy when going through some people or divisions when you need to get something done, reviewed or actioned. - The typical corporate pressure to participate in every single activity can be too much but I guess better than nothing and, they don't make these mandatory. - Some people you'll be working lack the skills or basic knowledge of their job responsibilities and that creates issues, longer waits or that you ended up doing the job for them. - This tendency of hiring people through agencies and not internally, so you need to go through three months of training when someone quits their job. - Some colleagues are manager of more than 50 people, which is terrible. - Constant changes on internal division structure, sometimes with zero casualties, sometimes with lots of casualties. - I would have expected a better salary but it is quite average for London. - They didn't have performance reviews until recently which is weird for a corporate company.
