Sr. Management is completely deceptive and fake. There are no projects and people are getting fired, but for them all is well. The facilities have been in a crumbling state since a year, but no one cares. People do not know how to talk to teams, they are bossy and arrogant, just because of their designation. Sr. people threaten those reporting to them. Team has no say in anything. Sr. Management is trying to get into people's lives, but it's too late. That ship has sailed. Three months notice period, despite of one day firings. Heights of hypocrisy in Life Sciences. Over worked employees and no proper compensation. Never join this org., do not even think of joining Life Sciences or your life will be ruined.
