      Avantages

      - Interesting, impactful and varied work - Freedom to get involved across many parts of the business - High calibre team - everyone is smart, kind and fun to work with - Exciting mission / vision - the business has ambitious growth plans and it's motivating to be a part of

      Inconvénients

      - The culture and ambition isn't for everyone - not a 9/5 and things can be hectic, growth and constant change means there can be crunch periods and chaotic weeks - A fair bit of "noise" - easy to get distracted by time-consuming activities that don't necessarily lead to great returns

      I thought the SHEIN warehouse was the worst warehouse in all of Wrocław, but no. It’s the absolute worst warehouse I’ve ever worked at. They have zero respect for you as an employee; they hate you and don’t want to work with you, simply because you’re from another country—they look down on you. I advise no one to ever work there. You’re better off working at DPD or DHL—the people and the team there are really great.
