      Avantages

      The hourly pay isn't horrible for a first job.

      Inconvénients

      Management is snobby and clueless. They care more about micromanaging and transactional value of the service than they do about their employees and students.

      Avantages

      Flexible schedule for most part. Coworkers are all very nice and everyone there respects work- life boundaries. Supportive and collaborative coworkers as well.

      Inconvénients

      Hours can be difficult at times. Working with lots of people in Asia- that’s the job though.

      good team, WFH, flexible time, H1B opportunity

      Inconvénients

      Management is unfriendly toward visa holders and treats immigration support as a burden rather than a commitment. Despite advertising H1B sponsorship as a perk, leadership clearly prioritizes profit above employee wellbeing, and visa-dependent employees feel this the most.
