We are investing in a few areas this year that address some of your feedback, including management development to provide our managers (many who have been promoted at IXL as first-time people managers) with skills and tools to facilitate employee growth discussions and activities. Leadership is also actively reviewing compensation across the company to ensure IXL's pay is competitive.
