      Commission based with decent Base pay.Great culture.

      Inconvénients

      Time off during end of the year/holidays is really hard to get. Wanted to move in to management positions but it was just the telesales position available in Phoenix. That was the only reason for me to leave.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Inconvénients

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
