      Large organisation. Various opportunities. Global presence. Strong sales organisation. Strong brand in India.

      Inconvénients

      Discrete CoEs and divisions incentivised against revenue independently. Not leveraging the strength in a consolidated manner. Follows other companies in the industry while revieing the compensation and hence lags behind and thereby looses good employees.

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
