Avantages
Lot of different domains to work in, changing domains even roles is much easier than other IT companies. If you lack competency, this is the place for you. You will never be fired, only shifted from one project to another. Lot of onsite projects across the world. Some GEOs like ANZ, Europe are OK to work in if you are paid at par. Good company for sales professionals, challenges galore ;)
Inconvénients
Poor pay standard. Bad region centric management. Hopelessly bad support functions specially, Finance and HR. Policies not at all employee friendly. Lots of politics within projects. Absolutely zero willingness to retain good resources. Career growth is dependent on immediate managers capabilities and aspirations. Total 'sarkari' company.
