      Avantages

      Hi, I worked collectively in HCL for almost 4 years and had a great time there, I had a great manager and great team. But later during the course of time things began to change and arrival of new made my mind to carry on. Stedy increase of about 6% PA was given which was decent. Work life balance was absolutely wonderful and so was my Manager. Got great opportunity to learn.

      Inconvénients

      New Management made me move else I would have spent my entire carrier there. Inter department transfers are not there. Seen People late promotion within 1 year and I was not promoted as AM to DM, despite all odds if given a change to rejoin with higher compensation I would do so.

      Some processes could be more organized as the company continues to grow. Communication between teams can sometimes be improved.

      Autonomy, good leadership, support from the top.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
