      More of a government Job rather than private. Plenty of free time and good campus.

      Non existent HR, Employees are taken for granted, Company is least bothered about employees, Typical sloppy Indian style of process and management functions.

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
