Inconvénients
When they hire you you will be told that the weekly offs depends on the client requirement. It could be either 5 or 6 days working. On the contrary none of their sites have 5 days working. Even if the client doesn't demand 5 days HCL will make you work 6 days citing client requirement. The worst part is you fill attendance for only 5 days and the 6th day goes unaccounted. There is no compensatory off provided for the 6th day you work and no additional allowances. There is no body willing to address this problem cause if there is a change for some then it would have to be done for all. This leaves all new joiners cheated. The fact is all the sites run at 70% of the capacity and then reasons are cited as staffing issues.
