      Some of the pros of working at Guardian are decent discounts on monitoring service and Armstrong Television Service, and set work schedule once hired.

      Inconvénients

      A down side to working at Guardian is lower than standard pay, little room for career advancement in some departments.

      Work-life balance is nice, very human and enjoyable staff/management, a culture of community

      Inconvénients

      Weekends off are hard to come by due to the nature of the job. But PTO is available and management is flexible

      Avantages

      Decent pay and benefits. Good stepping stone for experience then move on.

      Inconvénients

      Favoritism is like high school. Don’t get FMLA or they will retaliate against you. Dishonest supervisors. Doesn’t matter how much knowledge you have, if they don’t like you .. you won’t get far in company.
