      I worked at GoodWill Venezuela. There was room to grow and learn as a professional while leading my own department. I felt appreciated and taken into account. freedom to organize my schedule and interventions. Amazing colleagues and environment.

      Avantages

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
