      Goodwill has some good programs for employees, if they use them correctly.

      If you are employed at Goodwill then all the good goes out the window because they do not have your back if you need help

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Inconvénients

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
