      Avantages

      Decent pay for management. Feeling of helping others. Great benefits package.

      Inconvénients

      Unpaid overtime every week. Horrible pay for associates. It's hard to get people to work as hard as we expect them to for part time minimum wage. Bad communication between different departments in the company.

      Avantages

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Inconvénients

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
