      Great remote culture, Great vision,

      Inconvénients

      Poor execution of the great vision. Remote has caused people to think they own their kingdom and no input matters. Low maturity in Director and management level employees, who think they know more and are experts way beyond their actual abilities. Senior management not engaged. A lot of redtape to get things done. Resistance is the first response.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
