      Avantages

      Great benefits, lots of vacation days, sick leave. Competent and open management. Lots of room for growth.

      Inconvénients

      Company frequently experiences turmoil from buying out other companies, though they are getting better at dealing with it.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
