      Avantages

      There is a lot to learn at this company. Management in certain departments are great others are not. Most of management is willing to work with you to learn as much as you possibly can.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is not even close to competitive. They hire whoever they can get for the lowest amount of pay. They put as much work on one person as they possibly can. The company is completely dependent on storm season.

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
