Avantages
Admire the people I work with and enjoy working with them. Work is challenging yet rewarding. Comp and benefits together are fantastic.
Inconvénients
Work-life balance is fine, but don't come here expecting it will be handed to you. Instead, you have to own it and drive it and ensure your manager supports it. That said, it's a competitive place and it's difficult to differentiate your performance and advance by just "doing an OK job."
