      Okay money but not decent enough..

      Inconvénients

      The supervisor is completely lost and unsure. Payroll Is never accurate. They try to terminate every chance they get, to discourage you from collecting your sign on bonus. Between the trash talk in a work environment with “Adults”. Is not ideal of a work environment. You don’t see your bonus. If you see increments, you’re lucky. This is it just going on at my job site in Atlanta Ga. But as well other states such as Ohio, North Carolina and Rhode Island. I have spoke with other drivers in other states who’ve experienced the same.

      As a school bus driver, I've had a positive experience working for First Student in San Jose. The workplace culture is collaborative and supportive, with strong communication between staff and management. My colleagues are dedicated and professional, and the management team has been consistently helpful in addressing any needs or concerns. I would recommend this location to prospective employees seeking a cohesive and respectful work environment.
