Decent health insurance and average benefits package. PTO starting at 3 weeks is behind industry average.
Inconvénients
High turnover, especially in the C-suite. Leadership is just here to cash out and move on. No investment in back office operations. This is just a mediocre government contractor - look elsewhere.
