Avantages
Managers seem conscious about the needs of the employees and give poor performers many chances to improve themselves.
Inconvénients
I believe they fire too slow. Their hearts seem to be in the correct place, but spots need to be filled and keeping on poor performers for months/years is not helpful to anyone.
