Avantages
There’s a paycheck coming in weekly. They also buy breakfast every 2 weeks. Office wide contests are fun and motivates employees.
Inconvénients
Everything. Extremely high turnover rate. Management is horrible, they don’t care about you or your growth, not to mention there isn’t really a career path within the company. It doesn’t matter if you’re a top performer, they only care about themselves. The pay is very low and they promote only in June and December. You can support all of their core values but if you don’t have the numbers they’ll still put you down with a non-performing quarter.
