      Avantages

      My managers are very friendly and help work through issues I've had while working. They helped the transition from student to staff be very easily.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is pretty low for industry standard. Sometimes, we are pressured to rush students through the courses when they aren't ready.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
