      Avantages

      People were very friendly and benefits were adequate.

      Inconvénients

      Often understaffed and unable to make changes. Hard to get the funding necessary to make the position competitive. The community is older and isolated so it is tough for younger professionals.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
