The commercial sales org grew fast, they added too many teams, account executives are given a list of 100 accounts, most of whom aren't ideal customers.

Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

Inconvénients

Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
